It’s awards season here in Cardiff and once again, we’re excited to announce that Illustrate Digital has been nominated for some very exciting awards!
The Cardiff Business Awards are the ‘leading business awards celebrating excellence in Cardiff’ and so it’s thrilling to be up for not just one, but two categories! Cardiff Business Awards have been running for four years now and are firmly on the map as one of the major award opportunities within the city. Firstly, we’ve been shortlisted for the Creative and Digital Business of the Year!
As a team, we had an amazing year and we’re honoured that the judges thought so too! We’re in a highly competitive category with some great other Cardiff brands so it’s very cool to be considered a forerunner!
Secondly, our determined, ambitious and approachable (albeit hard to talk to without hearing a stupid joke) MD, Scott Jones has been nominated for Young Business Person of the Year. Whilst there was some dispute about just how young he is – that beard is very deceptive – it would be great for Scott to get some recognition as a business leader within the city. It’s the second time he has been shortlisted for this kind of award and we’re crossing all our fingers that he gets the win this time!
So, when will we know? Well, the black-tie event will take place on the 15th June at City Hall. Keep your eyes on our social media and hopefully, you’ll be able to celebrate with us! Whatever happens, we’re pumped that the Illustrate Digital team is continuing to set the pace for digital business and entrepreneurship here in Cardiff and beyond!
